Cheryl has been a Realtor since 1997. It is a career that allowed her to enjoy her 4 children while they were in school, being able to actually be a part of their lives growing up! They have all “flown” the nest and now she is a proud grandparent! Another stage in life that is truly exciting!
Cheryl has earned her GRI designation which takes 3 years to complete. It is a higher standard of learning that a Realtor chooses to either take the time to do, or not to. She knows that taking those courses has helped her in her real estate career. GRI means: Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. The other designation that Cheryl has earned is the CRS. Certified Residential Specialist. Only 5% of Realtors nationwide have earned this designation. Again, it is a choice for a Realtor to accomplish a higher level of learning to actually acquire this designation. She knows that this has also helped her become a better informed, knowledgeable Realtor that works for you!
